How to freeze or unfreeze your card
You can freeze your card instantly from the dashboard or mobile app. While frozen, no new transactions can be processed, but recurring payments continue normally.
Understanding your rewards points
Earn points on every purchase based on your card tier and spending category. Points can be redeemed as cashback, travel, gift cards, or statement credits.
Setting up AutoPay
AutoPay automatically pays your statement balance each month. You can choose to pay the full balance, minimum payment, or a fixed amount.
Reporting fraud or unauthorized charges
If you suspect fraud, freeze your card immediately from the dashboard and contact our 24/7 fraud team. You have zero liability for unauthorized charges.
Disputing a transaction
You can dispute any transaction from the Support Center in your dashboard. Select the transaction, provide a reason, and our team will review within 5 business days.
Generating a virtual card number
Virtual cards protect your real card number when shopping online. Generate one from your dashboard, use it for online purchases, and deactivate it anytime.
Tracking your application status
After submitting your application, you'll receive a tracking number. Use it to check your status in real time from your dashboard.
