California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

1. Introduction
This California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") Notice is provided by Hollywood Vault, Inc. ("Hollywood Vault," "we," "us," or "our") to California residents in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the "CCPA").
This notice describes the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, the rights you have under California law, and how you can exercise those rights. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which remains in effect for all users.
For the purposes of this notice, "personal information" has the meaning given in the CCPA and does not include publicly available information, de-identified or aggregate information, or information excluded from the CCPA's scope.
2. Your CCPA Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA:
Right to Know
You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business purpose for collecting it, and the third parties with whom we share it.
Right to Access (Data Portability)
You have the right to request a copy of your personal information in a portable, readily useable format that allows you to transmit it to another entity.
Right to Correct
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions such as information needed to complete transactions or comply with legal obligations.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
You have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or other purposes covered by the CCPA.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information
You have the right to limit the use of your sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers) to the purposes necessary to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected.

- From your transactions and interactions with our website, mobile app, and card products
- From our affiliates and co-branded partners
- From payment networks (Visa, Mastercard) for transaction processing and fraud detection
- From public records and government databases for identity verification

We use the personal information we collect for the following business and commercial purposes:
- Providing, servicing, and maintaining your credit card account
- Processing transactions, payments, and reward redemptions
- Verifying your identity and preventing fraud

8. Exercising Your Rights
How to Submit a Request
To exercise any of your CCPA rights, you may submit a request by:

Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before responding to a request. For requests to know, access, or delete, we will ask you to provide information sufficient to verify your identity, such as your name, address, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. For account-specific requests, we may require you to log in to your account.
Response Timeline
We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 days. If we need more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
9. Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. We will not:
- Deny you our Services
- Charge different prices or rates for our Services
- Provide a different level or quality of Service
- Suggest that you will receive a different price, rate, or level of Service
If you opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you may continue to use our Services without any change in pricing or quality.
11. Financial Information Exceptions
Certain types of information are exempt from the CCPA because they are governed by other federal and state privacy laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). This includes:
- Information collected, processed, sold, or disclosed under the GLBA
- Consumer report information governed by the FCRA
- Health information governed by HIPAA
While this information is exempt from certain CCPA provisions, we continue to protect it under our Privacy Policy and applicable financial privacy laws.
