1. Our Commitment

Hollywood Vault, Inc. is committed to ensuring that our website, mobile application, and credit card services are accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that financial services should be inclusive and usable by everyone, regardless of ability.

We continuously work to improve the accessibility of our digital products and services in accordance with recognized accessibility standards. This Accessibility Statement describes the measures we have taken and the features we provide to support users with disabilities.

2. Accessibility Standards

Our digital products are designed to comply with the following accessibility standards and regulations:

  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)
  • Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (as amended)
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III requirements for digital accessibility
  • EN 301 549 accessibility requirements for ICT products and services (European Union)
  • 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA)

We conduct regular accessibility audits using both automated testing tools and manual reviews by accessibility experts, including users with disabilities. Our development team receives ongoing training in accessible design and coding practices.

We provide the following accessibility features across our website and mobile application:

Visual Accessibility

High contrast mode, scalable text up to 200%, screen reader compatibility, and full keyboard navigation support.

  • WCAG 2.1 AA compliant color contrast ratios
  • Screen reader support (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
  • Text resizing without loss of content or functionality
  • Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images

Motor & Keyboard Accessibility

Full keyboard navigation, customizable focus indicators, and support for assistive technologies like switch devices.

  • All interactive elements reachable via keyboard (Tab, Enter, Space)
  • Visible focus indicators on all focusable elements
  • No keyboard traps—users can navigate away from any component
  • Skip-to-content links for efficient navigation

Auditory Accessibility

Captions, transcripts, and visual alternatives for audio and video content across our platforms.

  • Closed captions on all video content
  • Transcripts available for audio content
  • Visual alerts for important account notifications
  • TTY support for customer service calls

Cognitive Accessibility

Clear language, consistent navigation, and reduced cognitive load through thoughtful design patterns.

  • Plain language in legal and financial documents
  • Consistent navigation and layout across all pages
  • Error prevention and clear error messages with recovery guidance
  • Sufficient time to complete time-sensitive tasks

4. Mobile Accessibility

The Hollywood Vault mobile application is designed to be accessible on both iOS and Android platforms. We leverage the built-in accessibility features of each operating system, including:

  • VoiceOver (iOS) and TalkBack (Android) screen reader support
  • Dynamic Type and font scaling for adjustable text sizes
  • Voice Control and Switch Control for hands-free navigation
  • Reduced motion settings for users sensitive to animations
  • High contrast and bold text options
  • Haptic feedback for important interactions and alerts

Our mobile app is tested on a range of devices and operating system versions to ensure consistent accessibility across platforms.

5. Accessible Documents & Communications

We are committed to providing our legal, financial, and account-related documents in accessible formats. Upon request, we can provide:

  • Account statements in large print, braille, or audio format
  • Cardholder Agreements and disclosures in accessible PDF or plain text
  • Electronic statements compatible with screen readers
  • Alternative formats for marketing and informational materials

To request an alternative format, contact our Accessibility Team using the information in Section 8. We will fulfill requests within 10 business days at no additional cost to you.

6. Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, we acknowledge that some areas of our digital products may have limitations. Known limitations include:

  • Some third-party content (e.g., merchant offers, partner promotions) may not fully meet our accessibility standards
  • Legacy PDF documents published before 2024 may not be fully accessible; alternative formats are available upon request
  • Certain interactive data visualizations in the rewards dashboard may have limited screen reader support
  • Live chat support may not be fully compatible with all assistive technologies; phone and email alternatives are available

We are actively working to address these limitations and prioritize remediation based on user feedback and impact. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please report it so we can address it promptly.

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our products and services. Your input helps us identify areas for improvement and prioritize our accessibility efforts. You can provide feedback by:

  • Using the "Report an Accessibility Issue" form in our mobile app

We aim to acknowledge all feedback within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
